Signing up for CarpoolConnect is easy! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, fill in your details, choose whether you want to be a rider or driver, and verify your email address. For drivers, additional verification steps are required.

To book a ride, log in to your account, click "Book a Ride", enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your preferred vehicle type, and confirm your booking. You'll be matched with nearby drivers and can track your ride in real-time.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and online banking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.

We prioritize safety through driver background checks, real-time ride tracking, emergency assistance, and a rating system. Both drivers and riders must verify their identity, and all rides are monitored for safety.

You can update your profile information by logging into your account, clicking on your profile picture, and selecting "Edit Profile". Here you can update your personal information, payment methods, and notification preferences.
